2. Brooke Hogan
“You know what? I am actually not that much into voting. I think it’s kinda crazy that a woman is running, because I think that women deal with a lot of emotions and menopause and PMS and stuff. Like, I’m so moody all the time, I know I couldn’t be able to run a country, ‘cause I’d be crying one day and yelling at people the next day, ya know?” – Brooke Hogan.
The daughter of the famous WWE wrestler, Hulk Hogan, certainly put reason into a chokehold with this head scratching remark! Ignoring the fact that many women have governed nations for years with success (Margaret Thatcher, Angela Merkel, among many others) she also seems to think that “that time of the month” makes women too irrational to even exist and participate in normal, functioning society or the democratic process of voting for a leader! Yes, Brooke grew up watching her dad wrestle and the backstories in his profession are highly dramatic, but this is not a reflection of true life. Another example of how reality TV is swamping us with dimwits, perhaps Brooke has the issue she described, but that may due to a lack of intelligence, as opposed to raging hormones.
