A lot of people dream of moving to New York City for this reason alone. New York City has such a diverse group of people that no one really judges you. Whether you are part of the LGBT community or a struggling artist, no one will look at you crooked. You can work on Wall Street during the day and headline as a Drag Queen at night and no one will be fazed. Anyone can wear what they want, do what they want and pretty much be whoever they want. That is what is most incredible about this city, the people’s sense of acceptance. There is somewhere for everyone and people living here eventually find where they belong.
