Simon Cowell shot to fame in the United States after being a scathing host on the singing competition show American Idol. He then left that show and moved to Britain’s Got Talent, another singing competition reality show. During one of the performances on the show, two contestants were singing a duet together; a beautiful classical opera-style song. While they were singing, a woman came up onto the stage and starting throwing eggs at Simon. She appeared to be smiling, and no one could figure out who she was. Someone quickly climbed onto the stage and removed her. The duet kept on singing.
