The EFCC has arrested two notorious fraudsters while they were escaping to Belgium. The suspects identified as 51-year-old Jonathan Odu Isikwei and Pascal Onuora Ude were caught with 448 travellers Cheques and 108 ATM cards at the MMIA airport in Ikeja Lagos during the outward clearance of passengers on a Belgium-bound flight.
