4. Spencer Pratt
When Spencer Pratt was first “cast” in The Hills, he was despised for breaking up the deep, loving friendship ofLauren Conrad and Heidi Montag. How much influence he had is up for debate. In all fairness, he gave the otherwise bland, boring reality show some much-needed drama. While speaking with David Letterman he proudly claimed that he charges a $100,000 fee, simply for attending a club, before bragging about his fabricated career as a manager to the stars. Ten years on, and still nobody has heard of the “musical talents” that were going to be bigger and better than both Jay-Z and Michael Jackson, but he’s still worth $100 thousand.
