5. The Goldfinger Lady Died By Paint
In the 1960s Bond movie Goldfinger, a woman died when her body was covered in gold paint. James Bond stated in the movie that the woman’s death was by suffocation, since the paint covered the skin’s pores and “people breathe through their skin.” Of course, this isn’t true, but people started spreading the rumor that the woman who starred in Goldfingerdied in real life when paint was spread all over her. However, the actress, whose name is Shirley Eaton, is still alive. We’re guessing this myth was started by Bond fans who wanted to make the excitement of the films even more sensational.
