The National Institute of Health once reported that drinking coffee could make you feel happier. Just as interesting as this is the fact that it is not just the caffeine that was a factor. Consuming certain sweetened beverages, according to the study, increased depression risk. Drinking coffee, however, could lower the risk of depression. Everybody wants to be happy. Sipping on a hot cup of coffee early in the morning could be a start to getting there on a certain day. Cheers to you, coffee drinkers everywhere.
