The leader of the nation prayed for Nigeria at Prophet Muhammad’s Mosque in Medina. He was accompanied by the Governors of Osun, Ogun, Borno, Zamfara and Katsina. Others include the NSA, Maj-Gen, Babagana Monguno (retd) and Amb. Lawal Kazaure. President Buhari is a Muslim from Daura in Katsina state, who has given his support to Sharia in the north. He has previously had to deny allegations that he has a radical Islamist agenda.
