Davido confirmed a story shared by a Twitter handle that shares facts about African musicians. Davido explained that his YouTube views saved him from embarrassment from the cops who visited his house. See the series of tweets below:

US cops entered Davido's US house, suspecting he must be a scammer to be living in such a house. He showed them his YouTube page, they left.
