D’Kings Men failed to commit to the part of their agreement and the company asked the singer to pay back.
Mindhub reached out to Bangalee for repayment, and the singer paid only $260,000 and N8,600,000 leaving an outstanding sum of $240,000 and N6,400,000.
Bangalee issued two different checks to the Vice Chairman of the company, Henry Ojogho, unfortunately, Henry couldn’t get the money due to insufficient funds in the singer’s account.
The issue is currently before Justice Oyenbanjo of the High Court of Lagos State, Ikeja Division and would be due for hearing on December 9, 2016.
