3. Dizziness
If you have any of the medical conditions that put one at risk of having a heart attack, then you should not take this sign for granted.
There are a lot of things that could be responsible for you feeling weak and faint, you may lose your balance if you have not had anything to eat or drink for a long time. Also, getting up fast may throw you off balance and make you fall if you are not strong enough.
If you feel a shortness of breath in addition to feeling faint and dizzy, seek medical help immediately. Most times, a drop in the blood pressure may not allow the heart to function at its best.
