A Twitter user identified as Kofi Bartels has called out the Rivers State Police, accusing them of causing the death of his friend’s wife unborn child.
Bartels said his friend and the friend’s wife lost their baby after Rivers State police detained them when they were on their way to the hospital to have the child.
The police officers were operating following Governor Nyesom Wike’s lockdown order that restricts movement except the person has an exemption letter or movement permit from the government.
Apparently, the expectant couple did not have the exemption letter thus they were detained for a while.
Sad, the delay eventually led to the couple losing their unborn baby
