3. Rob Lowe
Like Robert Downey, Jr., Rob Lowe was part of the adorable group of young actors in the 1980s known as the Brat Pack. Low appeared in projects such as St. Elmo’s Fire, Youngblood and The Outsiders, but lost popularity after a while. Then in 1988, the public noticed him again, but not in the way he’d hoped. He was videotaped having sex with two women the night before the Democratic National Convention in Atlanta, GA. One of the “women” was 16 at the time, which is the age of consent in Georgia (lucky for Lowe). A short time later, he was taped having sex with a model in Paris. Rob Lowe decided to make fun of his escapades during his appearance on Saturday Night Live, and eventually got roles on Brothers and Sisters and Parks and Recreation.
