12. Grilling Them

Asking back to back to back questions can come off as overbearing and a bit like being a suspect in a gruesome crime. Let the conversation flow; when you ask a question wait for a response, build up a good banter and do not repeatedly torture her with questions that she never gets a chance to answer.
