At this point, you’re probably thinking, “There’s a record for that?” Yes, there is. And it was held by a Scottish woman named Anna Swan. She lived from 1846 to 1888, and she had a vagina that was 19 inches in circumference. Keep in mind that Swan did suffer from a gigantism disorder in which she grew excessively large. In fact, when she was born, she was a record-breaking 26 pounds (another world record in Scotland by the way). It’s tough to imagine any other women beating this sex record anytime soon.
