In 2003, Kelly Clarkson released “Miss Independent,” and in the video she looked slim and fit. Cut to 2007, after a bunch of other hit singles, when Miss Independent started becoming Miss Overweight.
In 2012, she managed to lose 30 pounds and return to a more svelte figure. But unfortunately for theAmerican Idol songbird, she put on weight after becoming pregnant with her son. Now, in 2015, Kelly Clarkson is basically obese, having appeared on Ellen! to discuss people fat-shaming her. No judgment here, Kelly. We’re merely documenting.
