Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal was eager to bring Daley Blind to Old Trafford, a desire which was materialized during the summer’s transfer window. The 24 year old Dutch midfielder joined the Red Devils for £13 million, which is a bargain given his abilities. Daley Blind is a versatile player, able to operate equally well in midfield or defense. Energetic, solid and confident with the ball; LVG has a gem in his roster.
