#9. Steve Kean and Blackburn Rovers
The Scottish manager was appointed as Blackburn Rovers boss in 2010, replacing Sam Allardyce who was relieved of his duties despite saving the club from relegation the previous season. Kean was a derided figure at Ewood Park for the duration of his near two-year stint in charge. Blackburn relegated from the Premier League in May 2012, and protests against Keane broke out.
