Illuminati members from Ghana : I personally don’t believe in the whole illuminati “crap” but it has been so hyped that these days being successful is heavily attributed to the bloated cult group, illuminati. One thing that amuses me and at the same time shocks me is, even if this group was real as speculated, I’m not sure any of the popular people in Africa or Ghana would make the list.

In some cases, people who claim they know, make some things up in the form of videos to show signs that the person’s being talked about are part of the illuminati.

Let’s take a look at some popular Ghanaian stars who are often rumored as part of the cult group, illuminati. Before you go on and rant, we are not accusing anyone of being part of it but rather they have been rumored to be part, partly because of their success, deeds or signs. Let’s go.

M.ANIFEST You can blame Ghanaian’s dumbness for this. Rapper M.anifest too to his twitter page to explain his name M.anifets as “m.anifest – music. always needing illumination for every soul today” and the dumb young Ghanians upon seeing the word “illumination” in it, jumped the gun and started battling the rapper and accusing him of being the cult group. Sigh! Ignorance is a flipping bliss.

TRIGMATIC Trigmatic is one of my favorite Ghanaian musicians. Rumors started flying around when he did a song titled “Bellum Angelorum”. The song and it’s video sparked rumors. Of course we know it’s a stunt.

YVONNE NELSON She is on top of her career and usually that is where it all starts from. Yvonne Nelson currently produces her own movies. Her movies are usually star-studded. Her movies often have stars from all over. After it all came together, the rumors started flying that she is part of the illuminati. We are so sure Yvonne Nelson wouldn’t make that list. ARCHBISHOP DUNCAN WILLIAMS Duncan Williams was an armed robber before he became a Bishop. He has one of his fingers cut off — fast forward, he is one of the richest pastors in Ghana. He has a big church, houses and a University belonging to his church. Most of the members of his church are mainly dignitaries and celebrities. Duncan Williams has a lot of controversies surrounding him and illuminati is one.

ASAMOAH GYAN He is super rich, actually the richest footballer in Ghana now ( READ MORE ABOUT THE RICHEST GHANAIAN FOOTBALLERS HERE ). Asamoah Gyan has made himself proud that even songs he does with his friend/musician Castro becomes instant hits. Nobody sees the hustling part but Asamoah Gyan has been fingered as part of the bogus illuminati clan, simply because he’s highly successful.

ATTA MILLS Atta Mills’ death raised a whole lot of controversies as many didn’t know what actually killed him, it was kept a secret till date. Many people who are jobless have accused Atta Mills of being part of the cult group. We all know he was friends with T.B. Joshua … anyway. We don’t believe none of that but the choice is yours.

KOFI ANNAN He is probably the most successful Ghanaian ever. He has won a Nobel Prize, was the head of the UN and more. You can’t go away with these chunks of success without getting the illuminati tag. What a waste of time.

SARKODIE Sarkodie’s success has been surprising to everybody as he keeps making himself proud with awards, shows and deals. Sarkodie’s illuminati-connection rumors started after he released the video to his song, “Saa Okodie No Nie”. Someone, took his time to bisect the video and explain into details every piece and it’s linkage to the illuminati. As we know Sarkodie and as excited he was, made a song about it and claims he shot the most expensive video to it.

J.A. KUFFOUR Former president Kuffour is a Freemason and people usually mistake Freemason as illuminati, as much as they are said to be two totally different things. The photo above is of him during worship. Sigh!
