Since its premiere in 2003, America’s Next Top Model (ANTM) has drawn in endless viewers who tune in week to week to watch the hopefuls compete in a variety of challenges and photo shoots with a goal of coming out “on top.” Each week, contestants are judged on their overall appearance, success in challenges, and the best shot from that episode’s photo shoot, with usually one contestant being sent home.

Now in it’s 22nd Cycle, the show has certainly seen it’s fair share of very talented participants (in addition to a great deal of drama and tears).
And, although it’s safe to say none of the winners have emerged as the next Gisele Bundchen orAlessandra Ambrosio, many of the winners – and non-winners – have become successful in their own way. While some have gone on to appear on magazine covers and in spreads, others have had the chance to host TV shows, or appear in films, or even star in their own television show. Some have also managed to have medium-profile relationships with celebrities in the entertainment world, which, in a sense, may have helped boost their career and familiarity.
Here are 11 ANTM stars that have achieved fame in all sorts of ways.
11. Jaslene Gonzalez – (Winner, Cycle 8)
Jaslene first appeared in ANTM Cycle 7, and although she did not come out victorious, she then reemerged in Cycle 8 to take home the gold. Following the show and winning prize (representation by Elite Model Management, a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl cosmetics, and a cover shoot for the cover of a six-page spread in Seventeen magazine) she went on to do campaigns for Garnier Nutrisse, Southpole, Lot29, and others. She has become a familiar face in print modeling and has been photographed for In Touch Weekly, Vibe Vixen, Time Out, Splendor, Latina, 6 Degrees and Urban Latino. Jaslene has also hosted several style spots on CoverGirl TV and various events on the ‘Yeah!’ channel. Recently, Jaslene also helped launch the fashion site TooMuchStyle.com.
