10. Kim Richards

Kim Richards, a child star who is now known for being a cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, was charged with public intoxication and battery of a police officer earlier this year. She later admitted that she had a substance abuse problem when she appeared on Dr. Phil. The confession didn’t come easy, since Kim stormed off when she was confronted about her addiction. Her struggles with substance abuse, along with her sister Kyle’s frustration about the addiction, are chronicled on the reality show. However, Richards did end up going to rehab. She was allowed a temporary leave during Memorial Day weekend to attend her daughter, Brooke’s wedding.
