While this wasn’t technically a hook-up, Selena Gomez is probably the hot celebrity that most people still associate with Justin Bieber. The two were each other’s first loves, and had an on and off relationship for years. Bieber has stated that he just wants Selena to be happy in life, even if she’s not with him. There was also a point when Gomez just couldn’t take any more of Bieber’s antics (she was going to Bible study; he was out drag racing), and that was probably the beginning of the end.
