8. Chokers
2015’s choker necklaces replaced the overly-chunky and visibly awkward jewelry that quickly made its way in and out in 2014. A dainty choker around a woman’s neck is, well, dainty and let’s face it, dainty wins over chunky most of the time. 2015’s slender choker necklaces were so wearable that they get a cautious green light on wearing one almost every day in 2016. If you’re sure to change your chokers up so that none of your other fashionista friends call you out for being too locked into a certain style, your chokers are allowed to live on in your jewelry drawer for another year.
7. Camel
Camel, natural and tan shoes and accessories will be hanging around for a while. While it may have seemed like the camel family was hiding out in the desert waiting for America to notice how truly wonderful it can be, it is now here to stay. Camel and tan work with everything and it is the versatility that helps make the color scheme stand out. Tan and camel patents are also neutral enough colors to always remain classy, and pair well with just about anything, including a little black dress if you are looking to mix it up. Tan sandals and purses are easy and if kept looking nice, a well made tan colored handbag can move a girl through up to looking good in three different fashion seasons. That’s staying power! Camel and tan remain for 2016.
