Juliete Binoche shares the opinion of individuals that are opposed to watching adult films. Binoche related the act to that of animal lust. For women, according to Juliette, sex was an intimate thing that had feelings and intense connotations attached to it. Though, when men used it to express raw desire, especially how it’s shown in adult movies, it was something that women could never understand: “Lovemaking for me is related to feelings, and sensations with feelings, and so when you don’t have feelings it becomes animal-like because you’re not in touch with your heart.” In addition, Binoche said she would be irritated if her husband would watch adult content.
