I dress seductively, we’re no longer in the stone age where people covered their body to appear decent – Sista Afia

25 year old controversial Ghanaian artiste, Sista Afia, who once said she doesn’t wear panties while performing on stage, has come out to say she sees nothing wrong with wearing seductive dresses. According to her, the days of wearing covering clothes have passed.

She made this statement as a response to Akosua Agypong who bashed female celebs that wear revealing clothes to seduce their male fans.

Akosua, speaking to Hitz FM, said;

“The funny thing is those dresses do not make the popularity last.”

“Because if you don’t respect yourself, no one will respect you.”

Sista Afia, as a response to what Akosua said during the interview, said;

“We have moved beyond the era where people wear things to cover up all in the name of appearing decent. We are not in those ages no more, this is like a different era, a different breeze. If we want to catch up [to the changing trends of the society] there are so many things we have a lot to do.”
