The wives of Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, have set aside their previous conflicts to warmly welcome their husband’s new wife into the palace.
According to reports, the Ooni has taken a sixth wife, Elizabeth Akinmuda, who recently had her traditional entry into the palace.
Videos circulating online capture a heartwarming scene where the first wife of the Ooni, Olori Mariam, and Olori Ronke, who had previously avoided each other at an event, are now seen sitting together with the newlywed couple.
In a remarkable change of demeanor, they wore smiles on their faces as they engaged in conversation and supported the lovebirds.
