“Peter Obi Is My President” — Aisha Yesufu Insists, Calls President Tinubu An Impostor

Controversial political activist, Aisha Yesufu has thrown a shade at Bola Tinubu as she declares Peter Obi as her president-elect.

Recall that Tinubu and his vice, Kashim Shettima were both sworn in today, May 29th as Nigerian’s President and Vice-president respectively.

Taking to her Twitter page, Aisha Yesufu rejected Tinubu as her new president, insisting that the Labour Party candidate, Mr Peter Obi is her president.

Writing further, Aisha referred to Tinubu as an impostor who stole people’s mandate through rigging and violence.

She wrote;

“Peter Gregory Obi is my President!”

“Democracy is not about who was voted in. It is about whether someone was voted in. Erdogan might be a dictator to the rest of the world but he was chosen by his people.

Tinubu on the other hand is an impostor who stole people’s mandate through rigging and violence.”
