Award-winning Ghanaian actress and producer Yvonne Nelson, has said that she is happy that “everyone” is reading her new book, “I Am Not Yvonne Nelson.”
She stated this during an interview with Ghanaian media personality Caleb Elolo Adjomah, also known as Giovanni Caleb.
The actress intentionally avoided answering some relevant questions about her book and the reactions to it.
When he asked about her relationship with her mother, Yvonne disclosed that she is one of those reading the book.
She also stated that the book is doing well, as it is currently ranked first on the e-book platform, Apple Memoirs and Biographies.
Meanwhile, the delectable Ghanaian actress also revealed in the book that she cut ties with her biological mother, Margareth Glover-Addy.
Yvonne said her mum purposely kept her father’s identity hiding, leaving her in the dark and forcing her to question her own lineage and her true root.
According to the actress, she was given two names, Nelson and Ala Adjetey but after subsequent DNA tests, none turned out to be her father.
