She is arguably one of the most eligible spinsters in the country and people ponder why she is still single.
The 35-year-old actress has spoken out on her expectations from marriage and the reason as to why she is still single.
In a recent interview with Vanguard she was asked about marriage and her plans and her overall view of marriage and below is her response
“If I get married, I really want to stay married and staying married is not an easy thing. It means you are completely in tune with your partner. It means you have found your soulmate because you will have to be able to stand a lot of disappointments that would definitely come but then again you have to learn to forgive.”
Genevieve has not really been rumoured to have been with several men aside the former Vice President of Nigeria Atiku Abubakar and D’banj unlike her colleagues in the industry. She was once said to be in a romance with D’Banj after they were spotted together at several events. She once featured in the video for his hit song “Fall in love” where they shared a kiss which of course started the rumours.
She sure has an open mind towards marriage as perceived from her response above. perhaps she will wow us with a surprise soon
