2) Learn to live in the moment.
Living in the moment is essential and important component of fulfilled and happy living. Here is the great quote by Buddha: “Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.” Yes, that’s right, past is never to come back and future is something we can’t grasp, the only time we are left with is “now”! 3) Learn to filter things and be positive.
Learn to filter your thoughts and situations; learn to let go of things that don’t bring you joy and focus on those that make you happy. Chose positive mental attitude, life is a lot easier for those who see the the glass half full. Here is the great quote by Willie Nelson that tells it all: “Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results.”
