While talking about Neymar’s prospects, The Brazilian football legend Pele once said that he is “an excellent player“. Neymar, besides Cristiano Ronaldo, another great footballer of modern times, appeared on the covers of Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 and Pro Evolution Soccer 2013. Neymar Jr. was featured as a TIME magazine cover in February 2013 and became the first Brazilian ever in the history to achieve that.
In May 2013, Neymar was named as the most marketable athlete in the world by SportsPro magazine. In that course, he had to defeat globally renowned athletes like Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Usain Bolt, Rory McIlroy to get the top.
