3) Pep Guardiola – £11.2-million
Guardiola had an incredibly successful first season in charge of Bayern Munich, guiding the club to Bundesliga and German Cup success. This season has been little different with Bayern steamrolling their way to the Bundesliga title again, and a return to Barcelona in the Champions League semi-final coming up. The Spaniard has constantly been linked with a move to Manchester City for the past few seasons but it has yet to materialise. One thing is for sure, if Guardiola did accept the overtures of the Premier League club he would almost certainly receive a wage increase on his current £11.2-million a year contract.
