6. Your Body Clock is not in Sync
The body is very disciplined, once it’s normal wake up time is disrupted, it finds it hard to immediately adapt to the new schedule. Let your body clock synchronize with your alarm clock, that way you won’t feel stressed out after spending the whole night in dream land. Also, plan your sleeping and wake -up time to be constant everyday so your body gets used to it, but it will sure frown when that schedule changes.
