2. Lindsay Lohan

Actress Lindsay Lohan has certainly had her share of legal trouble with being a shockingly bad driver. Lindsay has been in fender benders including colliding with the back of an 18-wheeler truck. She was involved in a hit and run accident in 2011 and has been charged with DUI on more than one occasion. Her driving issues started back in 2005 when she crashed into another car and have continued throughout the years. Lohan crashed her Porsche into that 18-wheeler and seems to have a new accident every year or so. There is no way that Lindsay Lohan could deny that she is a horrible driver.
