5. Jonathan Brandis

Brandis, who was most celebrated from his role on the NBC hit ‘SeaQuest DVS’ sadly passed away when he was just 23 years old. The star who also appeared in movies such as ‘It’ and ‘The Never Ending Story 2’ was found hanging in his Los Angeles apartment on the night of the 11^th of November 2003. Brandis was immediately rushed to hospital but tragically succumbed to his injuries the following day. Although there was no suicide note left behind by Brandis friends and family claim he was depressed about his dwindling career in the years leading up to his death and longed for the return of his past success; this is considered the most likely explanation for the star’s suicide.
