The recent removal of petroleum subsidies by the Buhari government which triggered the increase of a litre of fuel from N87 to N145, that also culminated in the ongoing nationwide strike declared by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), has shown that the APC and President Buhari might lose the confidence Nigerians reposed on them before the 2015 elections.
After the declaration by the government, many Nigerians lambasted the party and the president for lying to them during the electioneering period and making campaign promises which they say has now been reversed or denied.
