6. Miley Cyrus
Miley Cyrus was a child star who became a household name when she appeared alongside her father Billy Ray Cyrus in Disney Channel show Hannah Montana. Miley has grown up quite a lot since her time as Miley Stewart, but it seems that with her success in both movies and music, Miley has created a number of haters.
Miley has never been a person who does things without controversy and has made headlines a number of times over the past few years because of this. It seems that much like Justin Bieber in recent years, Miley has reached the point now where as a fan you either love her or hate her; there is no in-between. Miley definitely divides a number of her fans, even though it can’t be denied that she has been making some fantastic music over the past few years, but it was her acting career that gave her that start all those years ago.
5. Amanda Bynes
Amanda Bynes rose to fame as a child star on Nickelodeon TV in the early 2000s, before she later was cast in a number of high profile movies, including She’s The Man alongside Channing Tatum and the popular 2007 reboot of musical classic Hairspray.
Amanda was once seen as one of the few child actors of her time who had grown up in the spotlight and avoided all of the pressures that many of her fellow stars had fallen victim to, but over the past few years, Amanda has had a great deal of mental anguish which has affected her stability and her behaviour in public. While many stars have gained sympathy with these kinds of issues, it seems that the 31-year-old has been given the opposite, as many fans have stepped away from her problems and just began to hope she gets the help she so obviously needs.
