Anthony Joshua is about to make nothing less than $85million from his rematch with Andy Ruiz Jnr

Anthony Joshua and Andy Ruiz will clash in a world heavyweight championship rematch on Saturday, December 3, 2019 to decide who takes back the victory or who reigns on with the victory.

Ahead of the match scheduled for Saturday, it has been revealed that the heavy boxing champion will secure a massive bag regardless of the outcome of the match.

According to Riyadh Newsflash, Anthony Joshua will pocket a whopping $85million from the rematch, while Andy Ruiz Jnr will go home with $13million even if he wins or loses the bout. That’s $2 million more than he earned in the first meeting with Joshua.

Anthony Joshua will attempt to regain his WBA, IBF and WBO Heavyweight titles he lost to Ruiz Jr back in June at Madison Square Garden. The Mexican boxer defeated Joshua in the seventh-round to hand British/Nigerian boxer his first professional loss.

The anticipated rematch will take place on Saturday, December 7, 2019, in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia.
