Intake of healthy diet which is rich in Vitamins and minerals is one of the best home remedy to avoid and also to treat stretch marks. Vitamin C is considered best to remove stretch marks and thus it should be consumed in higher amounts. Also, drinking minimum of ten glasses of water per day, helps to keep the body well hydrated, and thus results in detoxification of the skin which thereby reduces stretch marks. We should try and minimize the consumption of tea, coffee and soda in our diet as they can lead to dehydration.
