At the end of November 2013, winger Jesus Navas put his side Manchester City 1-0 up in less than 15 seconds. The versatile Spanish winger ensured French goalkeeper and Tottenham number 1 torrid afternoon. This was considered to be the fifth fastest goal in football history since the inauguration of the Premier League.
Lloris fluffed his clearance. The initial shot was saved from Sergio Aguero and the follow up was rifled in by Navas from the right hand edge of the box. ManCity went on to notch a 6-0 hammering of Spurs in that game. Now this goal is counted as the 10th fastest goal in soccer.
