5. Lil Mama
Lil Mama had somewhat of a promising career when she made her debut in 2006 with her famous song ‘Lip Gloss.’ The track instantly took off and was even considered to have been the summer anthem of the year. Two years later, Lil Mama would go on to ruin her career forever. The rapper thought it was smart to jump on stage with Jay-Z and Alicia Keys during their VMA performance of Empire State of Mind,in 2009. Jay-Z’s fans were livid, starting petitions to boycott Mama’s music and by the looks of things, it seems to have worked. The 25-year-old has struggled to regain the success she had nine years ago, making a possible comeback very unlikely.
