5. Juicy J & Project Pat
There is no doubt about it: Hip-Hop is definitely a young man’s game. The culture and music are built on youth and rebellion, so when a rapper starts to venture deeper into their 30s and 40s, it becomes more difficult for them to remain relevant. One rapper who has been able to buck that trend is the Memphis rapper Juicy J. He just turned 40, and in recent years, he has enjoyed hits with acts like Katy Perry and Wiz Khalifa. Juicy happens to have another brother in the rap game named Project Pat who is pretty successful, too. Some of Pat’s greatest hits include “Sipping on Some Syrup” and “Chicken Head.”
