RUSSELL CROWE
The loudest reports of Crowe’s on-set tantrums emerged during the filming of Gladiator, when he called producer Branko Lustig and threatened to kill him with his bare hands. Drama continued when Crowe refused to perform one of the more iconic speeches in the film on the grounds that it sounded unnatural. Crowe was eventually convinced to do his job after a prolonged bout of begging. Decades of arguments and brawls follow Crowe around, who ardently denies his “bad boy” reputation, but this only seems to be the tip of the Russell Crowe rage-berg.
