The former AC Milan and Italy man is hailed as one of the most influential captains in the game. Paolo Maldini, like his father, was a Milanista at heart. Maldini  played his trade with AC Milan the whole career, from 1985 to 2009 as a pro, and from 1978 to 1985 in the junior levels of the Rossoneri. Paolo Maldini is perhaps one of the best players to have ever won the Milan armband, showing leadership and loyalty to the club.
