7. Whole grains
Ditching refined flour and white rice in favour of whole grain foods will give you a health boost all around. It will improve your digestion, so that your body can rid itself of toxins easily and it will provide you with a longer lasting source of energy. Whole grains are also much better for your skin, because they contain more folate, niacin, zinc and magnesium, all of which are nutrients that you need to maintain a healthy complexion and to fight skin infections.
