Another Pretty Little Liars star, Ashley Benson surprisingly stated that she not only loves the Fifty Shades of Grey books, but she also desperately wanted to be cast as Anastasia in the film adaptation. Benson told Celebuzz: “I’ve read every book. I want to play Anastasia,” and when asked if she’d consider playing the character of Kate instead, she replied “Kate is awesome. I like all the characters but Anastasia? I love her so much!” Benson definitely could have been a great Anastasia. She’s got the innocent face perfected, and she could certainly have died her hair brown!
