11. Phytoestrogen Complex
A Phytoestrogen Complex contains great ingredients such as soy and licorice root. It also contains something that many of the natural estrogen complexes don’t: black cohosh. Black cohosh helps raise estrogen levels. It is also believed that black cohosh can help postmenopausal symptoms. However, just like anything on this planet, black cohosh needs to be taken in moderation. One thing to be sure of is to always check the facts about ingredients. Don’t be fooled by what the product “guarantees;” look on the back label and you’ll find out the truth. Any estrogen complex is good; finding the one for you is key.
10. Super Phytoestrogen Plus Dim
The key word here is Dim. During my research I read how “DIM or diindolylmethane is a phytochemical that is made using certain vegetables like broccoli. When it comes to the metabolism of estrogen in the body DIM is very effective.” Seemingly Dim is essential. With all the increased estrogen levels, you’ll want something to stabilize it. Look for Dim to be included in one of your supplements or other forms of natural breast growth regimen. You don’t want to take this by itself, unless you are nervous or skeptical about raising your estrogen levels. If anything, worry about essential herbs and think, “plus Dim.”
