2. The Undertaker
When the lights went out and the bells began to ring, everybody knew who was coming to the ring: The Undertaker. This wrestler would enter through a haze of smoke, ominously walking to the eerie sound of church bells. His entrance was by far the most intimidating, his slow walk gibing off the impression that he was back from the dead and prepared to take out the living.
His long, dark walk to the ring built up tension for fans and wrestlers alike. Once he arrived to the ring, the lights would come back on and everybody knew The Dead Man was about to take down his next victim. The Undertaker holds the record for the longest winning streak at WrestleMania, which to this day is considered one of the greatest feats in WWE history.
1. Stone Cold Steve Austin
If any wrestler deservers a belt for the greatest entrance ever, it would have to be “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. When you heard the glass break, you knew a can of whoop-ass was about to be opened up on someone – Oh Hell Yeah! This rowdy Texan would enter the arena with so much energy, he looked like he had already won the fight before it even started.
Once he got inside the ring, he would then climb up on each corner and point that middle finger, defying authority to the fans’ excitement. This electrifying act of showmanship pumped up the crowed like no other. Stone Cold proved that his carefree, badass behavior made for one of the most popular personalities in WWE history.
