APC’s plot to take over Rivers – A leaked document published by Elombah.com has shown the plan by the All progressives Congress (APC) to wrestle power away from states under the control of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), especially Rivers, Bayelsa, Kogi and Akwa Ibom States.

The 20-page official document which was titled “Penetration Strategy Draft” was published in whole except the last five pages (which covers the plot for Akwa Ibom State) which were completely blotted out for reasons best know to the publisher.
This comes on the heels of tribunal rulings which upturned the election of Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers and another which ordered a rerun of election in some local governments in Akwa Ibom.
The gubernatorial elections for Bayelsa and Kogi are scheduled to hold in the coming months.
