7. Flavour – Blessed (2012)
You know your album is a classic when years after its release some people still think it’s your latest project cos of the songs that stay in rotation at parties, weddings, TV and on the radio. That’s the effect Flavour’s 2012 release, Blessed, had. By 2014 (2 years after it’s release), when most albums would’ve lost their mainstream appeal, Flavour was still releasing videos for singles from the album, and we kept wondering if he’ll do a video for all. Simply put, this album is a classic anyway you slice it… Baby Oku, Ada Ada, Chinny Baby, Shake are some of hot tunes to fall out of this album.
